Atkins Diet: focuses on controlling the levels of insulin in our bodies
The Zone Diet: Zone Diet aims for a nutritional balance of 40% carbohydrates, 30% fats, and 30% protein each time we eat, more specific to your environment.
Vegetarian Diet: we all know these people not eat animal-based foods. Except dairy foods.
Vegan Diet: It is mostly as vegetarian diet but they think plant based our environment would benefit, animals would suffer less.
Weight Watchers Diet: People who are very sensitive about their looks & even 1 kg weight gaining is problem for them.
South Beach Diet: It talks mostly avoid oil , Ghee, they mostly eat roasted food.
